Nanoscale Electronic and Photonic Device Group

Welcome to our group at MNTL in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign! Our research is in nanoscience and nanotechnology. We focus on nanoscale electronic and photonic devices based on two-dimensional materials and ferroelectric materials. These devices have a broad range of emerging applications from wearable electronics, data centers, to artificial intelligence.

Our group is made up of Professor Wenjuan Zhu, Post Doctoral Fellow, PhD Candidate, Graduate Students, Undergraduate Students and Interns. we come from various backgrounds, including Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering  and Computer Engineering.
